1. What does the American Dream mean to you?
   The American Dream is having drive and determination every day you wake up. It's the ability to control your own destiny in life and always move forward. It's about creating lasting relationships and purpose in your life.
2. What does the Ansay Way mean to you?
   Ansay & Associates is a leader in the insurance industry. The Ansay Way is a commitment to our clients to the highest degree. The client is always the focus and when you ear the trust of a client you are always working to never let that trust go.
3. In your personal experience, how does Ansay differentiate in the marketplace?
   Ansay & Associates is different in the marketplace because of its people. From the top to bottom all of the employees believe in the vision of putting the client first. We at Ansay & Associates are leaders and are always looking for new solutions to help our clients. The drive to improve and the people to execute help us differentiate ourselves against our competitors.
4. Why were you drawn to work at Ansay & Associates?
   I met Mike Ansay in college through my father who had a working relationship with him. What drew me to Ansay & Associates was the culture of thinking outside the box and an unending commitment to the client.
5. Give us a view of the company – what is it like working at Ansay?
   At Ansay & Associates, your opportunities are endless. You control your future through hard work and determination. The agency will always support you in your endeavors. Many jobs and careers do not allow you the freedom to set your own career path. At Ansay & Associates, the direction is up to you. Through hard work and determination, you can go anywhere in the company.
6. Describe your approach to working with your clients.
   My philosophy is very simple with regards to working with clients. Get to know a client and their business provide a plan, and execute on that plan.
7. Do you have any area of specific focus in terms of industry or market?
   Transportation, Auto Dismantling, and Manufacturing are all areas of focus.
8. What gets you out of bed in the morning?
   A lot of things get me out of bed in the morning. The drive to help people motivates me. The drive to get better motivates me. The drive to be the best person I can be motivates me. Last but not least, my wife and daughter motivate me every day to be a better person. It's a short life and what you do on this earth matters and makes a difference in everything you encounter.

   He does what he says he will and we trust him.
