I listen. I want to understand my client's concerns and what I can do to address and help fix them. I tend to 'paint a picture' for my clients to make things easier to understand. I'm always transparent with my clients from the start and want to fill any gaps in coverage we may find along the way. - Do you have any area of specific focus in terms of industry or market?
I'm always learning and the more information I can pass down to my peers and clients, the better! - What gets you out of bed in the morning?
