I take a professional and honest approach. I want my clients to be involved in the insurance purchasing process. I understand this insurance industry is all about relationships and trust that is built up over time. As a result, I think it's important to maintain communication with a client regardless of whether or not there is a claim. Obviously, if a client is reaching out, I think responsiveness is imperative.
