With an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and a degree in Management and Communications from Concordia University, Tom combines business insight with a practical approach to employee benefits. Outside of work, Tom enjoys giving back to his community as a high school basketball coach. He values teamwork, strategy, and helping others succeed—both on the court and in his professional relationships.
