Best and Brightest Companies to Work For Winner!
January 11, 2019 – Milwaukee, WI — Companies that excel at employee relations, use innovation to motivate employees, implement creative compensation programs and more will be recognized by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) at Milwaukee’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® symposium and awards gala on Friday, March 8, 2019 at The Wisconsin Club in Milwaukee.
This year’s winners practice innovative strategies and represent best practices in industries as diverse as information technology, financial services, manufacturing and food and beverage.
An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures in various categories. They include Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives and Strategic Company Performance.

The annual symposium and awards gala will begin with registration, networking and a strolling breakfast at 7:30 a.m., educational programs will follow. The awards presentation will be emceed by Ben Wagner from WISN-ABC 12 News and begin at 9:45 a.m., adjourning at 10:30 a.m. Winning companies also vie for three “Best of the Best Overall” elite awards in the small, medium and large business category. The elite award winners will be announced during the awards ceremony.
