Last week, Ansay & Associates’ Service Team came together for our annual Customer Experience Event as part of Customer Service Week. The event gave us a chance to celebrate our Operations team and recognize the impact they make across Ansay.
At Ansay, we believe employee appreciation is an important part of building a strong workplace culture. Events like this allow us to celebrate our people and recognize the contributions they make every day.
One of the highlights was announcing our 2026 Customer Experience Award winners. These peer-voted awards give our employees the opportunity to recognize coworkers who stand out for the impact they make.
This year’s nominations showcased the incredible talent and dedication across Ansay, and we’re excited to celebrate each of our 2026 award recipients.
About the CX Awards
The 5-Star Awards recognize outstanding professionals across our product lines, administration, team leadership, and CORE team. Recipients are recognized for embodying Ansay’s Core Values, demonstrating an exceptional work ethic, and embracing technology, innovation, and change.
The Rising Star Award recognizes an up-and-coming team member who has been with Ansay for two years or less and has made an exceptional start to their career. Nominees demonstrate a can-do attitude, significant growth in their role, success throughout onboarding and training, and the ability to stand out among their team.
Together, these awards give our employees an opportunity to recognize the coworkers they believe exemplify what it means to deliver an exceptional experience at Ansay.
