Ansay & Associates was pleased to celebrate its annual Customer Experience Tour the week of June 28. This week is always one filled with excitement and festivity for both Ansay & Associates employees and their customers. The trio of CEO Mike Ansay, CFO Angie Sikowski, and VP of Human Resources Wendy Bushell visited offices in our Eau Claire, Fox Valley, Green Bay, Madison, Mosinee, and Port Washington regions. The Fox Valley office was awarded “Office of the Year” honors. Congrats for all your hard work this year, everyone!

On the tour, Mike spoke about overcoming the challenges of COVID in the past year and how impressive it was for everyone to adjust and still provide great customer service! Angie reviewed the financials from 2020 and shared our vision for the future in terms of acquisitions and projected growth. Finally, Wendy and the HR team highlighted the “Wowsters,” the top performing producers in our organization. Each Wowster received a spin on the “Wheel of Wow” – resulting in plenty of special prizes.

Additionally, each office enjoyed special treats and received an Ansay Store discount for use in July. We thank everyone for their participation, commitment to our core values, and can’t wait to see everyone again next year.
