We have designed this webinar to help employers and drivers understand Clearinghouse requirements, Query & Consent requirements, Reporting violations, and Return-to-Duty Process. Knowledge gained from this presentation should assist you in developing and managing your company's drug and alcohol testing program with regard to the new FMCSA clearinghouse implementation, which is required for all companies with trucks greater than 26,000 GVWR. We will also be discussing how to manage and understand CSA scores as well as their effects.
