The International Development Exchange Program

The International Development Exchange Program is a joint exchange program started in 2015 between Ansay & Associates and The Hanover Group, with international member company Chaucer. The two week program gives Ansay employees the opportunity to work with Chaucer in London, England and Chaucer employees to learn and train at Ansay & Associates in Wisconsin.

The program is designed to offer tangible hands-on experience and realistic insight into both businesses operations and functions. The program focus is career development and a formal mentoring program. Ansay employees get the opportunity to gain experience in the Lloyds of London underwriting market, while Chaucer employees participate in seminars, volunteer activities, networking events and exposure to more pricing models.

Ansay & Associates has been fortunate to offer this program to our Insurance Advisors. It educates our Advisors and fosters a better understanding of global business and cultural considerations which is best experienced in person and not just a classroom. The International Development Exchange Program is an investment in our employees, it’s not our product that sets us apart, it’s our people.
